Hi, I'm Josée Brouillette. And yes, I really do believe you can love what you do for a living.
After years as an aimless workaholic in real estate, burned out and a bit lost, I went looking for something else. I learned you have the right to make a living from your passion.
I founded Plein Potentiel to share the techniques that let me enjoy my work, thrive, and finally fulfill my dream of becoming a coach.
Bachelor's in business administration, former chartered real estate broker (DA) with 28 years of experience. In 2020, I launched my coaching business to support brokers, entrepreneurs, and self-employed professionals. With joy. And balance.

Hi everyone! I'm Célia, a chartered real estate broker (DA) for over 17 years. Funny enough, before I got into this career, I spent more than a decade telling everyone I'd never become a real estate broker.
Back then, I worked in IT for large Canadian companies. Jumping into real estate was a big shift, but I found a real passion for the field.
With my background in both IT and real estate, and inspired by my mother who has been practicing since the 80s, I offer a personal service that brings today's tech tools into the mix.
Alongside my sister at Plein Potentiel Coaching, I help real estate professionals stand out. Real estate law, client relationships, visibility in the media and on social networks.
