Yes. The course is built both for first attempts and retakes. Josée Brouillette pinpoints your gaps and adjusts the coaching to target the topics that gave you trouble the first time.
Both. Group training can take place at the agency or online by videoconference, anywhere in Quebec. Individual coaching mostly runs by videoconference for more flexibility.
